Start your day with a relaxing one-hour cruise on picturesque Lake Lucerne to Vitznau. Change onto Europe’s first-ever mountain railway dating from 1871 and set out on the journey to the top, Rigi Kulm. From 1,797 meters above sea level, let your gaze wander over the Swiss midlands with 13 lakes and a sea of 620 Alpine peaks. Enjoy time to explore one of the many hiking trails, take a moment of silence at the Rigi Kulm mountain chapel, or to have a bite to eat at one of the restaurants. Continue to the car-free village of Rigi Kaltbad by cogwheel train and take a stroll across the village square, where you will spot the Mineralbad & Spa designed by the renowned Swiss architect Mario Botta. Follow an easy hiking trail with a slight incline to the Känzeli viewing platform (optional). Descend by aerial cable car and enjoy an impressive vista of pristine Lake Lucerne. Capture the breathtaking view from the Lucerne Riviera with your camera before boarding the boat back to Lucerne.

Take a coach from Lucerne to Engelberg and board the Titlis Xpress to reach Trübsee. Start your snow activities here with a one-hour ski session on a beginner slope. Staff members supervise, but there is no formal ski instruction. After skiing, switch to snow tubing and glide down the hill. A conveyor belt will bring you back to the top, and tubing is free. In the afternoon, you can choose to stay at Trübsee for lunch in one of the local restaurants and spend more time in the snow park. Alternatively, take the rotating Rotair cable car to the 3,028-m summit of Mt Titlis (if option selected). Later, descend by cable car and return by coach to Lucerne.

Depart for a full-day trip with a lovely coach ride along the shores of beautiful Lake Lucerne to Weggis, a charming summer resort on the Lucerne Riviera. Board the aerial cableway to Rigi Kaltbad and enjoy a breathtaking vista of pristine Lake Lucerne. Change for Europe's first-ever mountain railway to Rigi-Kulm at 1,797 m a.s.l. The unsurpassed views from the summit over the Swiss Midlands with its deep blue lakes and the snow-capped mountain range of the Alps will overwhelm you! Stop for a moment and take in the views at Rigi, also known as Queen of Mountains, before you descend to Vitznau by cogwheel train. Dock at the Lucerne pier and stroll through the medieval streets of the Old Town.

From Zurich, take a coach ride through the countryside to Lucerne. On arrival, join a short drive past landmarks like the Chapel Bridge, Town Hall, Jesuit Church, and the Culture and Convention Centre (KKL). Then, enjoy free time to eat, shop, or explore the Old Town. Continue to Kriens and take a gondola to Fräkmüntegg. From there, ride the Dragon Ride cable car to the top of Mt. Pilatus (2,132 meters). At the summit, you can visit Dragon World, walk the Dragon Trail, or hike to the peak if weather allows. Have lunch at a mountain restaurant and enjoy the views. Then, take the steep cogwheel railway down to Alpnachstad. End the day with a 1-hour boat ride on Lake Lucerne. You can finish the tour in Lucerne or return to Zurich by coach.
